Built 2006 - 26 Floors
The Veracruz is a 26-story high-rise which represents the sixth and final tower Kraft will build at Cape Marco and
the company’s 11th for WCI Communities.
The 850,000 SF building has 123 units ranging in size from 3,800
to 5,300 SF. There are three penthouses that are approximately 10,000 SF. The units range in cost from $1.3 million to $7
million. The project completely sold out in one day.
A unique feature of the Veracruz is the front entryway, a
cantilevered structure built of stainless steel and glass. Another innovative design is the pool over the pool. One of the
pools was constructed on a hardscape deck while the other one was constructed in a grotto underneath it. The building also
included the use of vibrant, contemporary colors and polished stainless steel interior finishes.
